Administration Assistant
We require an Administration Assistant to work in our busy office, performing a number of office duties as detailed below. The ideal candidate will have a clear and confident telephone manner, and will be a team player with a desire to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Reception duties:
- Answering the telephone, directing calls, taking clear & concise messages, assisting clients where possible & updating our Support system with each query.
- Responsible for company post (enveloping mail, stamping, taking to the post box / office)
- Ordering stationary
Admin Assistant duties:
- Sending out letters and emails.
- Sending out customer information packs.
- Dealing with customer calls and emails, directing queries to the relevant department and logging each query through a support system.
- A number of queries can be dealt with by the Administration Department and this will be a requirement once training has been provided.
- The role will cover the training department as necessary - training customers on how to use their website (Full training will be provided).
- Taking customer payment details and processing card details as required.
- Providing customer service at all times, including curtosy calls to customers on a regular basis.
- Updating our support system as necessary and contacting the customer with updates on their queries as they become available.
All other office duties as necessary.
Start date: Negotiable.
Salary: Negotiable.
